Application Fee

Zimbabwean Nationals

An application fee of US$10 or the ZWL interbank rate equivalent of the day must be paid during the online application process.

International Applicants

The application fee for International Applicants is US$20.

The closing date for applications is 20 June 2022.

Late application

The deadline for late applications is 30 June 2022.

Zimbabwean Nationals' late application fee is US$15.

International Applicants' late application fee is US$30

POSTGRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMMES FOR THE 2022 INTAKE

DEGREE PROGRAMME	ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Master of Architecture Programme	Applicants must be holders of at least a Lower Second Class (2.2) of the Bachelor of Architectural Studies Honours Degree from NUST. Applicants with a Pass (3) should have a minimum of twelve months appropriate work experience after graduation. Or alternatively applicants must hold a first degree in Architecture awarded after a four year programme of study from a recognised university plus a minimum of twelve months appropriate work experience after graduation. Applicants with a first degree in Architectural Studies awarded after a three-year programme of studies will be required to register and be successfully examined in Part -IV and V of the NUST Bachelor of Architectural Studies Honours programme prior to admission into this programme. NB Applicants in full-time employment must have a letter from their employer authorising them to study. Short-listed applicants may be subjected to an interview.
Master of Urban Design Degree	Applicants must be holders of a BSc Honours Degree with a degree class of at least Upper Second (2.1) in the following fields: Urban Design, Architecture, Rural and Urban Planning, Building Economics, Civil Engineering and Property Management. Applicants with a lower second class (2.2) Honours Degree in the above fields will be required to have at least two years post qualification experience.
