The University wishes to advise all students that the First Semester for the 2022/2023 Academic Year shall commence on Monday 22 August 2022. (EXCLUDING FACULTY OF MEDICINE)
Lessons shall be scheduled as follows: -
- Face to face lessons including Practical classes for Part 1 students (all faculties) and Returning Students for Faculties of (Applied Science, Environmental Science and Engineering) begin on Monday 22 August and end on Friday 14 October 2022. (Please note that Practical classes may continue after the end of Face to Face lessons whenever there is need)
- Online lessons for returning students faculties of (Commerce, Communication and Information Science, The Built Environment) begin on Monday 22 August 2022 until Friday 16 September 2022.
- Face to face lessons for Faculties of (Commerce, Communication and Information Science, The Built Environment) begin on Monday 19 September 2022 and shall end on Friday 4 November 2022.
- Online lessons for all Part I students (all faculties) and returning students for faculties of (Applied Science, Environmental Science, Engineering) begin on Monday 17 October 2022 and end on Friday 4 November 2022.
A detailed calendar indicating dates for Examinations and other Academic activities will be circulated shortly on the NUST website.
