Milton Tarusenga possesses I.T skills and experience gained through working in established organizations as well as with seasoned I.T personnel and professionals. He strives to be the best in the chosen and associated fields by moving towards a more excellent way of doing things. As an IT technician he has experience in offering end-user technical support, computer servicing and repairing, IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Security, network Installations and maintenance, software installations and upgrades. Duties at NUST include computer repairing and servicing, Faculty computer laboratory security, offering first line of technical support to Faculty staff members & students, maintaining Faculty I.T equipment and infrastructure, software installations & upgrades, liaising with the Buying department when purchasing I.T equipment for the Faculty,ensuring adherence to the university I.T policies and supervising junior staff.
