Work Experience         Dr. Chigara has over 20 years of lecturing experience at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Zimbabwe. He is a former Chairperson of the Department of Property Studies and Urban Design at the National University of Science and Technology. He also lectured in property, construction, and project management. Dr. Chigara contributed several research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings on safety, health sustainability, cost, and productivity management in the built environment. His research interests include sustainability, safety and well-being, and resource management.
