Miss Gadlula is a lecturer in the Department of Fibre and Polymer Materials Engineering at the National University of Science and Technology in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Miss Gadlula joined the department in 2017 as a Teaching Assistant. Miss Gadlula has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of the Society for Plastics Engineers (SPE) and the Organisation of Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD). Her research interests include Sustainable Leather manufacturing,  Membrane technology, Polymer composite manufacture, and Water treatment.

Qualifications: MPhil in Fibre and Polymer Materials Engineering(NUST), BSc in Textile Technology (NUST), Tool and Die Making (NUST)
