Biography

Dr. Mbakisi Dube is a Lecturer of Actuarial Science with over 8 years teaching, research experience at NUST. He is also a researcher in financial mathematics, computational finance, numerical methods and insurance with some publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Academic Qualifications

PhD in Mathematics, MSc in Applied Mathematical Modelling, BSc in Operations Research and Statistics and PGDHE.

Courses Taught

Actuarial statistics, stochastic modelling, theory and valuation of derivatives and financial economics.

Research interests

Financial mathematics, computational finance, numerical methods, applied mathematics and insurance
